Hi there! I’m Mike—a meat cutter by trade, but a lifelong resident of the fantasy realm.
By day, I’m slicing steaks. By night, I’m building worlds filled with magic, monsters, and mayhem.
I’ve been running tabletop and PC RPG campaigns since elementary school (yep, I was that kid bringing maps and dice to sleepovers). I’ve always been the Game Master—the one crafting wild stories, epic quests, and the occasional dungeon that was definitely unfair. Sorry, not sorry.
When I’m not writing or gaming, you’ll probably find me elbows-deep in audiobooks. According to Audible, I clock around 55,000 minutes a year—so if storytelling were a sport, I’d be in the playoffs.
My mind never really shuts off. I’m constantly asking myself weird and wonderful questions like:
“What if someone had this power?”
“What kind of monster would scare even me?”
“What would a city look like if it were built on the back of a sleeping god?”
Eventually, I decided to stop asking just myself—and start writing it all down. That led to Owen Samuel and The Juggernaut, my debut epic fantasy novel, and the first of many stories I can’t wait to share with you.
So crack open the book, step into the chaos, and stay a while. Adventure’s waiting—and I’m just getting started.
