With no home to call his own and facing countless rejections from employers, Mondo found himself at the starting blocks of a LIFE PROCESS that would change his life forever. With trial and error, Mondo discovered these 7 disciplines that not only saved his life but also, ignited new confidence in himself and the mindset of a Spartan warrior. Coming from a Michigan State University family and as a graduate himself, he has always identified with the Spartan culture.
