Morris David Hall grew up in the small town of Versailles, Missouri. He graduated from high school there, and then attended Missouri State and the University of Missouri receiving bachelor and masters degrees in geology.
He moved to Washington state to begin his career in geology. He then moved to Texas where he raised his two sons. He is now retired after 40 years of geology endeavors. He lives a quiet life on a small farm in western Missouri.
His greatest passion is his grandchildren: four boys and a sweet girl. His current interests include singing, playing the piano, song writing, fishing and cave exploring. “Adventures in My Home Town” is the first book in a series about family life.
