Ngoni Chiwara, recognized and published by Writers Space Africa Literary Magazine & Japan Society (Haiku Corner), is a Zimbabwean-born British storyteller/griot who blends classic literature with English translations from his mother tongue, Shona. Chiwara has showcased his "stylistically distinctive" spoken word through BYOB poetry, exploring themes of love, politics, human rights, identity, and Afrocentricity.
