Nick Warren is a personal finance author, teacher, coach and “tax engineer” who writes no-BS guides to help business owners discover what he wishes he knew years ago. Nick earned an Electrical Engineering degree from The Ohio State University before thriving as a mid-level manager in the technology industry. After leaving corporate America for entrepreneurial ventures, he discovered and collected methods and proven approaches to use a business to save money on taxes and build personal wealth. He discovered his love for teaching and pivoted to financial coaching, already having helped over 250 business-owning families master tax strategies and wealth management. His direct writing style makes complex concepts approachable, earning praise for its clarity and ROI-driven insights.
Nick's work integrates concepts from multiple disciplines (e.g. accounting, legal, investment, banking and risk management) to help business-owning families learn how to build their wealth better. His mission? To improve marriages through smarter wealth management.
