Nora Ellis is a writer, Human Design enthusiast, and self-confessed over-researcher who came to this system the way most people do — sideways, through a period of life that wasn't quite working the way she had planned.
As a Generator 5/2 with Emotional Authority, she spent years initiating instead of responding, deciding in the heat of the moment instead of waiting for clarity, and wondering why everything felt harder than it needed to be. Human Design didn't fix any of that overnight. But it gave her a language for her own experience — and that, it turned out, changed everything.
She lives near Copenhagen, Denmark, with her husband Soren, a Projector and cook who is — like most of us — still figuring out what it actually means to live his design. Their relationship is, among other things, a daily experiment in Human Design: occasionally messy, frequently illuminating, and occasional proof that a Generator and a Projector can share a kitchen without anyone getting bitter or frustrated. As long as the timing is right. Which it isn't always.
Wired This Way is her first Human Design book. It is the guide she wishes someone had handed her at the beginning — warm, honest, and written for every Type, every Authority, and every reader who has ever suspected they might be living someone else's life.
