Patrick Bousum has had a life-long love affair with writing and story-telling. The Secret Tree, co-written by Jeff Bennington, is his first novel. The father of eight with 13 grandchildren, Patrick is also lead pastor of Center City Church in Marshfield, WI. When he's not busy with his many responsibilities, he develops his skills as a writer. In addition to parenting and pastoring, Patrick has played the guitar since age 11 and is an avid fan of The Beatles. He founded and performed in a Beatles tribute band for six years.
