Patrick Henz is a globally recognized leader in Artificial Intelligence governance, integrating behavioral science, ESG, and systems thinking to design Trustworthy AI frameworks. He serves as Co-Chair of the NYC Bar Association’s Behavioral Science in Digital Technologies Subcommittee, Member of the Board of Directors at American Council for Ethics in Technology and has co-authored Managing the Ethics and Compliance Risk of Artificial Intelligence for the SCCE’s Complete Compliance & Ethics Manuals. A sought-after international speaker, he regularly addresses audiences on AI ethics and compliance.
He is the author of Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence Systems and Tomorrow’s Business Ethics, and has written widely on business ethics in high-performance contexts, including Formula 1. With more than 18 years of global Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) leadership, he has implemented Siemens’s compliance system in various Latin American countries including Mexico, and the Central America region. Today, he is Special Compliance Advisor for Latin America at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America.
Patrick holds an MBA with a focus in Social and Economic Psychology from the University of Cologne, a certificate in Japanese Business Management from Waseda University, and is fluent in German, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
