Patti A. Pierucci writes clean historical romance woven with faith, mystery, and love that crosses centuries. Her Hand of Maud Series follows a grandmother and her granddaughter into the fate of a legendary relic, from the court of King John to the dawn of the Tudor age. Readers praise its vivid historical detail, its tender, slow-burning romance, and faith that warms the story without ever weighing it down. For younger readers, her Time-Fractured series brings the same mix of history and heart to young adult time-travel romance.
Before she turned to fiction, Patti spent decades as a newspaper writer and editor, and she owned and published her own Christian newspaper in Lynchburg, Virginia. Those years gave her a reporter’s habit of checking every fact, which is why the medieval England in her novels rests on real history: the Magna Carta, King John’s lost treasure, and knights like William the Marshal. She is an award-winning editor and writer, the co-author of an Amazon bestselling work of nonfiction, and the founder of InkSpire Press, where she helps other authors bring their books to readers.
When she isn’t traveling through time on the page, she can usually be found with her dog, Lola, the inspiration for her Lola the Puppy childrens books.
