Paul Rallion is an engineer-turned-educator who believes practical knowledge should be friendly and easy to use. A National Board Certified Teacher and Google Certified Educator, he speaks Spanish, French, English, Portuguese, and some Italian. Paul writes in five areas: travel, Romance languages, computer applications, personal finance, and education.
