Phil Ayres is a writer and a pastor and serves a small congregation near Orlando, Florida. He is passionate about encouraging other small church leaders. After 25+ years in ministry, he knows that serving other people is oftentimes lonely and challenging. He hopes to engage a generation of ministry leaders by equipping them to stay emotionally and spiritually healthy.
He has been married to his college sweetheart, Stefanie, since 1992. They have two teenaged children and a dog named, Barley.
