Reece A. Caven is a Creative Writing Major at the University of Iowa. Born and raised in Iowa City, Reece has served his community in the Iowa National Guard, co-founded and served as secretary of the nonprofit Neighborhood Youth United, and volunteered as a wrestling coach at Iowa City High School. Reece's work has appeared in Adelaide Literary Magazine, Pretty Good Pieces, and an undergrad publication at the University of Iowa called Cave Writing Magazine.
