Richard Lobo spent fifteen years as a senior creative film editor at the National Football League and partnered in multiple post-production editing companies in Los Angeles before life delivered a crucible he could not edit around. In October 2019, his father showed up on his doorstep unannounced, igniting a journey that would reshape everything. By 2023, he had lost both parents, his marriage had ended, and his career had dissolved—a compounded collapse he calls “the trifecta.” Rather than outrun the wreckage, Richard turned toward it.

Drawing on the athletic mindset forged as a collegiate football player, decades of creative storytelling, and deep work in shadow integration, he developed Foundational Alchemy™, a methodology for transforming a crisis into a catalyst for profound change. Today, he works as a transformational coach, entrepreneur, speaker, and writer from the Coachella Valley, where he lives in the desert and enjoys golfing. His sister, Carol, and dog, Zoe, keep him grounded and honest. The Trifecta Code is his first book.
