Beginning as a U.S. Army Computer Specialist in Germany, he went on to lead information systems at COMSAT, found several technology companies, and build Clearview Software International into a global software company serving more than 250,000 users. He later co-founded miEdge, a machine-learning company acquired by Zywave.
Beyond business, Richard has dedicated his life to education, youth development, and public service, earning the U.S. Presidential Award for Nonprofit Volunteer Leadership.
