Rob Hilbun has spent more than 25 years serving in student ministry, helping churches reach, disciple, and develop the next generation. Over the years, he has led student ministries of all sizes, trained leaders, developed ministry systems, and walked alongside thousands of students and families.
He is the creator of *Diary of a Student Pastor*, a ministry-focused platform built to encourage and equip youth pastors and leaders with practical, field-tested ideas. His books combine real stories, lessons learned, ministry mistakes, and practical strategies from more than two decades in the trenches.
Rob currently serves in local church ministry and is passionate about helping the next generation know Jesus, helping leaders stay faithful to their calling, and reminding pastors that effective ministry doesn’t have to be complicated.
He and his wife, Ashley, have three children and live in the South, where ministry, family, and a good story are rarely far apart.
