Her advanced credentials in artificial intelligence come from Oxford's Saïd Business School. She also holds certifications from MIT, Harvard Business School, and the Financial Times Board Diploma Programme. She is the author of Doctor AI Reimagining Healthcare Rebuilding Trust Delivering Health 4.0 — the public case for Health 4.0 and the Triangle of Trust.
