Hey! I was born in 1976 – a classic, so to speak – and live in the beautiful city of Dresden, which is located on the Elbe. After school, I started talking to stones… well, I started a bricklayer's apprenticeship in 1993 and successfully completed it in 1996. Every stone was in place – and the foundation for the rest of my life was laid. Then things happened one after the other: the Bundeswehr, a wedding, a wonderful son, a divorce (not quite so wonderful), a second marriage – the whole shebang. And in 2018 came the big career change: from construction to bus! As a career changer, I started working for the Dresden public transport company – first as a bus driver, and since February 2023, also on the rails – as a tram driver with heart and horn. And how did I get into writing? It was actually on a whim. A carousel of thoughts in my head, a bit of daydreaming here, a few wild ideas there – and at some point I thought to myself: Why not write a thriller myself? With heroes, tricky puzzles, and forgotten artifacts. Adventures like in the movies – only on paper. Well, said and written… and voila, my first book was born.
