Rossella Migliaccio is an entrepreneur, author and educator. After graduating from Bocconi University and gaining experience in advertising and fashion publishing, she worked between Milan, London and Zurich, where she obtained an international certification in image-related disciplines. Over the years, she has taught at the Politecnico di Milano and at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School in Rome. She later founded the Italian Image Institute, the first Italian organisation dedicated to advanced training in image consultancy, and developed a proprietary methodology that combines critical thinking with visual culture. Her work focuses on the conscious communication of style as a form of identity language, with particular attention to inclusivity, sustainability and the relationship between aesthetics and culture. She is the author of Armocromia (Vallardi, 2019), which became a publishing phenomenon translated into several languages, as well as the bestselling titles Forme (2020), Colori (2022), Volti (Mondadori, 2023) and Il libro dello stile (Vallardi, 2025). In 2024, she launched the Armocromia make-up line, bringing the principles of image consultancy into the beauty industry and redefining its approach. She currently lives between Naples and Milan and collaborates with leading international luxury, fashion and beauty brands. She is also a recognised point of reference for public figures and major media outlets.
