Roy Nolan is an avid chef, self-taught nutritionist and wellness enthusiast. His strong passion for healthy living, dieting, nutrition and weight loss leads to his successful transformation. He is an entrepreneur, a fitness buff and a part-time author. Since childhood, Roy, a young growing boy has a huge appetite, especially during his teenage years. His weight begun to balloon quickly and by the age of 18, he was already 120kg. Roy hates looking at himself in the mirror. He decided to put an end to it and love himself. Like everyone, he looked for an easy way out and tried almost every type of diet pills to be skinny again. But none of it worked and worst some of the pills induced terrible side effects. Eventually, Roy realized that this is a vicious cycle and is not a long-term solution. Roy started to learn about the potential benefits of diets such as Paleo, Atkins & Ketogenic and decided that Ketogenic diet could be the answer to his problem. Today, his successful transformation was made possible with years of research (since 2006) and applying the right actions. Roy decided to compile and share his knowledge of different diets in some of the books he has written. In his spare time, Roy likes to hit the gym and participate in runs.
