Russ serves as Senior Pastor of New Hope Baptist Church, Earl, NC. He is married to Melody, and they have been blessed with three amazing daughters - Carli, Claire, and Caroline. They also have seven adorable grandchildren. He earned his Master of Divinity from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC, and his undergraduate Business Administration degree from Appalachian State University, Boone, NC. He has a passion for missions and a deep desire to see people grow closer to the Lord and live out their faith.
