Born in Pointe-Claire in 1969, Russell Barth is best-known for his medical cannabis law reform activism in Ottawa from 2003-2019. He is an online english teacher but has also done photography, painting, standup comedy, produced a pilot episode of a sketch comedy show, acted in two award-winning short films, and is the most-published letter-to-the-editor writer in Canadian history.
