A former Worldwide Director of Finance at Apple and Stanford MBA, Rusty walked away from his 25-year corporate career to help other A-players escape the trap of their own success. Rusty’s passion for this work comes from his personal experience after learning that the traditional path of success is not always fulfilling. He believes that great leadership—at work, at home, and personally—is the path to fulfillment and meaning, and that each of us is far more capable than we know.
Rusty has a BSE from Princeton University and an MBA from Stanford University. He has been a student of self- improvement and transformation for over 10 years, and was formally certified with the Brave Thinking Institute in 2018.
