After using yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, and sobriety to navigate burnout, ADHD, and major life upheaval, Sam now shares practical, heartfelt tools to help others find balance, energy, and purpose in their everyday lives.
When she’s not teaching or creating, Sam is happiest at home or travelling with her husband and three children and caring for a lively household of dogs and cats. She has a passion for slow living, nourishing the mind and body, and finding beauty in ordinary moments.
