Sarah Brabbs resides in southeast Michigan, US, and owns Optimizing Relationships LLC, through which she helps people have better communication and relationships, leading to a better life - in the work people do, and at home. Sarah gamifies and makes fun the art of building better conversations with her relationship products, as well as teaches people everywhere via courses and groups, what she knows. Sarah has worked with nonprofits, businesses, government agencies, utility companies, solopreneurs, and other small business owners.
She is available for virtual and in-person keynote speaking, coaching, training, and consulting in the areas of communication, relationships, and boundaries.
Sarah earned her Master's in Communication and is also an Educator through The Gottman Institute. She taught college communication classes for 10 years, and has been in business herself for almost 10 years (as of 2021).
