After selling his last company to Salesforce, Scott shifted his focus to supporting human consciousness. So far this journey has led him to create Conscious Talent, the world’s first talent partner and network connecting companies and leaders who are committed to career excellence and inner work, EvolutionFM, a top 1% podcast exploring the relationship between consciousness and human potential and Founder Satsang, a community for high-impact entrepreneurs deeply committed to their consciousness journey. He also works with a select group of individuals each year on a 1:1 basis.
Scott’s writing and teaching offer practical wisdom for those who feel the tension between their spiritual path and their desire to lead, build, and create. His mission is to help others transmute that tension into a source of clarity and soul-aligned action for the highest good of all beings.
