Sean Bair started as a crime analyst at the Tempe Police Department in 1992, then became a police officer. Thirty years later he is still building tools for the people who do that work.

He founded BAIR Analytics out of his basement and sold it to LexisNexis in 2015. Today he is co-founder and CEO of SWORN, focused on officer health and wellness, and a Professor of Strategy and Economics at BYU's Marriott School of Business.

He has written four books: Tactical Crime Analysis, Business Is Personal, A.I. in Policing, and AI Strategy for Business Leaders.
