Serena Sabala is a Certified Plant-Based Nutrition Consultant, Yoga Teacher, and co-founder of Whole Shift Wellness, specialising in hormonal health, sustainable energy, and lifestyle transformation for modern professionals. Her work focuses on helping ambitious individuals restore long-term vitality by aligning nutrition, movement, and recovery with the body’s natural physiology.
After overcoming her own struggles with hormonal imbalance, Serena dedicated herself to studying nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and the mind–body connection, developing a practical approach that helps professionals restore balance through sustainable daily habits.
Her book The Hormone Harmony Shift presents the core framework she developed after more than a decade studying nutrition and holistic wellbeing. She is also the author of the earlier wellness guide Make the Shift.
Together with her husband Eugene, Serena co-founded Whole Shift Wellness and Body Wheel Therapy®, where they design bespoke health and performance programmes and host curated wellness retreats for professionals seeking sustainable energy, resilience, and long-term vitality.
