Severin Sorensen is an economist by training and an executive coach by practice, and his work now centers on making artificial intelligence usable for the people who lead organizations. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Economics from King's College, University of Cambridge, has spent more than eight thousand hours coaching entrepreneurs, chief executives, and senior leaders, and has been recognized six times as a top Vistage speaker. He is the author of the bestselling AI Whisperer series and of multiple additional Amazon bestsellers, most of them written to translate artificial intelligence from a technical subject into a practical instrument for business. He is the Editor of the AI Daily Intelligencer, a multi-sourced informational newsletter on frontier AI currents impacting business.

Building Tomorrow: How Young People Will Solve the World's Biggest Problems reached number one on Amazon in Social Theory on its launch day. Drawing on labor-market projections from the World Economic Forum and McKinsey, it offers parents and educators a framework for preparing young people to work alongside AI, built around the Builder's Ladder and the Builder's Lattice and a set of thirty challenges the next generation is positioned to take on.

Beyond the Books
Severin is the founder and chief executive of ePraxis LLC, a retained executive search and leadership advisory firm, and he writes and speaks widely on AI, economics, innovation, and talent. He is an ICF-certified executive coach, served as a Vistage Chair from 2010 to 2018 leading three CEO peer groups, and hosts the Arete Coach Podcast and the AI Whisperer Podcast. He edits The AI Whisperer Daily Intelligencer, which distills current AI developments into practical guidance for business readers. Severin holds two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Economics and one in Political Science, earned cum laude from the University of Utah, and a Master of Philosophy in Economics from King's College, University of Cambridge. Earlier in his career, he served as a Special Assistant to the President in the Executive Office of the President under President George H. W. Bush.
