When I was young, I wished someone had taught me about courage. Courage matters because we all have to do things that we’ve never done before and that can be scary. Now, I’m on a mission to spread courage magic across the globe.
As a mom of three courageous kids, I also work as an educator and a certified transformational coach in the mental health space. I’ve spent over a decade teaching people how to activate their courage using my signature Courage Kit® framework so they can emerge victorious.
I’m proud to be a multi-award-winning author—my debut guidebook Dear Durga: A Mom’s Guide to Activate Courage and Emerge Victorious received a 2023 Mom’s Choice Gold Award. My message has also been featured in places like Forbes and big stages like TED!
