Shanti Duncan, Ph.D. Dr. Shanti Duncan is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and licensed sex offender treatment provider (LSOTP) in private practice in Central Texas. She has extensive experience working with people who have experienced trauma and with youth and adults with sexual behavior problems. Dr. Duncan lives with her husband, two children, her pets including dogs, cats, and a tortoise. When not working or spending time with family, she enjoys gardening, reading, and playing music with others.
