Shawn King was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, raised by his mom, and learned how to be a man by his grandad. He grew up working hard in school but receiving horrible grades for his love of sports made it easy to focus than reading.
He lost the heart of ever getting a good job, dropped out of high school, and started drifting around the country living in tents, cars, or sleeping with whatever clothes he had with him. At twenty-one years old, he realized that seeing his worth was in the worthy One. That our value can never have enough worth from what we do or where we are from, but it comes from the Giver of life! Twenty years later, Shawn still loves to walk in the woods and go adventuring; however, instead of living on the streets, he lives in a house.
Education: Calvary Chapel Bible College, Liberty University with an MDiv; more importantly, experience in the common life.
