I am amazed at the continuing support my family and friends have given me throughout my journey looking back at my extremely complicated life. I believe we all can relate to one event, or another described in my alcoholic journey as addiction seems to affect so many families. My addictive behaviors were passed down through generations. I am proud to say that the newest generation of Meyer descendants seem to have stopped the domino effect I have described in my book.
