I've wanted to be a writer of fiction stories since I was a little girl. As a practicing MD pathologist subspecialized in cytopathology and a career focused on quality control and quality assurance, I published numerous scientific papers. Yet, I frequently spoke of my dream of writing a medical thriller series. But alas, folders of notes for manuscripts just collected dust on my shelves for far too many years.
