Steve Williams has over forty-five years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, having gained prominence and recognition as an industry authority on leadership, quality and management throughout his career, and as a lifelong student of leadership, became a certified John Maxwell Leadership Consultant in 2015. He has held executive leadership positions in quality/organizational excellence, operations, engineering, and strategic sourcing.
