Steven A. Hitz is a life-long entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is a co-founder of Launching Leaders Worldwide, which teaches and facilitates faith-bases leadership principles in over 100 countries, in several languages. In addition to Igniting the Holy Flame, he is author of Launching Leaders: An Empowering Journey for a New Generation, and Entrepreneurial Foundations for Twenty and Thirty Somethings. He is an avid learner, drawing from the knowledge and wisdom of all faith groups, and he treasures the opportunities to mingle and worship with fellow parishioners of all faiths and traditions. He seeks "light" wherever it exists. He has passions in travel, flying, sailing, fly fishing, writing and reading and anything involving the family experience. Steve is married to the amazing Ginger L. Hitz. They are blessed with three sons and two daughters and celebrate twelve grandchildren. He resides in Cedar City, Utah.
