Steven is the author of three books: The Conversation Gap: How Great Leaders Drive Performance One Conversation at a Time, Success from the Inside Out, and Jumpstart Your Creativity. His newest book, The Conversation Gap, explores why many organizational problems begin when important conversations never happen, happen too late, or happen poorly—and gives leaders a practical framework for closing that gap.
Throughout his career, Steven has consulted and trained leaders at 24 Fortune 500 companies and hundreds of small and midsize businesses across 11 industries. His clients have included UPS, Walmart, Pfizer, Shell, Compass Group, Microsoft, Marriott, and American Express. He also developed a patient-satisfaction system that was used by more than 1,100 hospitals nationwide.
Before beginning his consulting and speaking career, Steven spent seven years helping open new resorts for Walt Disney World, an experience that shaped his understanding of leadership, service, culture, and organizational performance.
Steven holds a master’s degree in Organizational Development. Through his keynotes, workshops, consulting, and executive coaching, he equips leaders to ask better questions, create greater clarity, develop stronger thinkers, and turn conversations into measurable business results.
He is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and works with organizations and leadership teams nationwide.
