Tab Pierce is an entrepreneur, author, and business leader who has spent nearly four decades building companies, developing relationships, and learning what it takes to succeed, fail, rebuild, and keep moving forward.
Beginning his career in sales in 1987, Tab eventually moved into technology and cybersecurity, where he founded Caliber Security Partners in 2010. Today, Caliber provides penetration testing, application security, and other cybersecurity services to organizations ranging from emerging businesses to global enterprises.
Tab is also the co-founder and CEO of Lunir, an AI-driven cybersecurity company focused on transforming how organizations remediate software security vulnerabilities. Beyond technology, he and his wife, Catherine, are involved in professional development, leadership, and business community building through Networked Live and other ventures.
His entrepreneurial journey has been anything but linear. Along the way, he has experienced business successes, devastating setbacks, financial challenges, and the difficult process of rebuilding. Those experiences have shaped both his leadership philosophy and his writing.
As the author of Outlast Everything and The Gravity Manifesto, Tab explores resilience, personal responsibility, relationships, and the forces that influence success in business and life. His writing challenges conventional thinking about achievement, encouraging readers to focus less on chasing attention and more on becoming the kind of person who naturally attracts opportunities, relationships, and lasting influence.
Tab lives in the Phoenix, Arizona area with Catherine. When he's not working on his businesses or writing, he's likely connecting people, discussing new ideas, or following his beloved Seattle Mariners.
