Dr Tamar Black is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Educational and Developmental Psychologist in Melbourne, Australia. She has worked as a school psychologist for 20 years and in private practice for 25 years. She has extensive experience providing counselling to children, adolescents and parents, and providing clinical supervision to early career and experienced psychologists.
