On paper Tej was 'Financially Free' very quickly, but the reality was very different to that.
Tej is a Property Investor, Podcaster and Public speaker. Through his own self-education he realised that a 'guide' for Property Beginners doesn't exist, and most of this knowledge is only found on costly training courses or by trial and error. There is so much that is not shared and Property is very challenging. Tej shares this experience in his characteristic blunt but humorous way.
When not buying houses, he loves cooking, dancing and (short) country walks. He is a lover of Xbox, especially Assassins creed... but lord knows he barely has time to play!
