Thorsten Thews, born in 1968, spent two decades working as an engineer, strategist and leader in the business world – before realising that the most interesting problems are not technical but human. For over 15 years, he also worked independently as a management consultant, coach and therapist, guiding people and organisations through processes of change and innovation. From 2010 onwards, he additionally shared his practical experience in university seminars. With his PRACTICE ESSENTIALS series, he puts into words what he has learned in over two decades of practice – and what no job description ever mentions.
