Tori Deal is best known as a champion on MTV’s The Challenge, but her true passion lies in storytelling. She’s the author of the children’s book The Search for Syrup and its upcoming sequel, set to release in 2026, as well as the poetry collection The Soul Spill. Off-screen, Tori spends her time at home reading, writing, and doting on her cats, Miso and Snickers — usually while waiting for her next creative spark to strike.
After spending the past year becoming a certified meditation coach, Tori has found new ways to blend mindfulness with creativity, infusing her stories and teachings with a sense of calm, connection, and purpose. Her hope is that everything she creates carries a ripple of peace into the world
