Troy has been in full-time ministry for almost 30 years serving mostly with high school students and in music ministry. In addition to his current roles as senior pastor at one church and working with high school students at another, he is also a speaker and worship leader and has written columns for ministry magazines as well as led training at local and national conferences.
He is married to a woman who serves with him at their church and together they have a daughter whom they love very much. All three share a love for Disney, an influence on Troy and his writing and how he approaches ministry.
