Vica Miller is a native of St. Petersburg (Russia) and has been a New Yorker for almost three decades. George Plimpton called her a writer and she believed him. Vica is the founder (2009) and curator of the Vica Miller Literary Salons, a beloved chamber reading series held in New York City's private art galleries. Vica holds a Master's degree from ITP (Interactive Telecommunications Program) at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She's had careers in international marketing, global tech communications, arts management and multimedia design, and is proud to have launched and taught New Media and Public Relations at Hunter College (CUNY). Vica is an excellent swimmer, a beginner paraglider and a mother of two. She's working on a collection of short stories and on a Masters degree in Social Psychology. Playing the cello is her latest pursuit.
