Walker Lane graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English, minoring in History. After teaching for fifteen years, she decided to pursue her love of writing which stemmed from a childhood full of daydreams. As a teacher, she learned to organize those daydreams into stories. Her writing career began as a small child with her first poem titled “A Friend” (written on a “Hello Kitty” notepad), and continued on through high school writing articles and poems for the school newspaper, and on through the debut of her first novel. Today she continues writing a Christian Blog and is currently working on her next novel. She is a devoted wife, mother, and Christian residing in Texas.
