With a career spanning cooking, high tech, teaching, and martial arts, he became a WITS Certified Personal Trainer at 70, helping seniors stay strong and independent. An avid traveler and archaeology enthusiast, Wayne has explored ancient sites worldwide, with a special love for Turkey’s Göbekli Tepe.
