Wes Brockway is a Baptist pastor currently serving a church northeast of Louisville, KY. He is the youngest of four children. A native Floridian, he moved to Atlanta to attend college. There he met his wife, Sue. Wes and Sue have two children and six grandchildren. With his broad interests and curiosity across many areas, Wes has worked in a variety of jobs in addition to being a minister. He feels this involvement in the regular workday world helps him craft sermons that people connect with easily. His first book, “Hang in There: Successfully Navigating the Christian Faith,” draws on his love of cars and driving. The book uses a roadmap of a person’s life route to illustrate the various points one passes through on their journey away from faith in Jesus Christ. Ultimately, the reader is encouraged to hold fast to their faith because the one they trust, Jesus Christ, is greater than anyone or anything, and He can keep His promises.
