Yusuf Yaran is a #1 international bestselling author, Cornell-trained hospitality leader, Guinness World Record holder, and culinary Olympian.
His journey began at 13 in a small Istanbul pastry shop. By 25, he had won Turkey's first pastry championship. His creations have earned international gold medals and featured on Forbes' list of the world's most expensive confections. In 2008, he was on Team A, which led Turkey to its first-ever debut at the World Culinary Olympics.
