Zachary Tennent was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, in 1994. He attended Aden Bowman Collegiate and later the University of Saskatchewan, where he studied 20th-century history. He relocated to Montréal, Québec, in 2019. As a film critic and host of the podcast Formatted To Fit Your Screen, he has interviewed writers, broadcasters, filmmakers and musicians from across North America. As a landscape photographer, his work has been archived by the City of Saskatoon. Therapy Blues is his first book. He currently resides in Montréal with his two guitars and one bass.
