OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. This Offer is by invitation only to customers who have received this offer directly from Google Pixel (Google) and is funded by Audible Singapore Private Limited ( Audible).
  2. These Offer terms and conditions ( Offer Terms) are in addition to the Audible.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, to which you agree by using Audible.in or by availing the Offer. In the event of any conflict between the Audible.in Conditions of Use and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail in respect of this Offer only.
  3. This Offer will commence on 15 September 2026 and will continue to be valid until 14 January 2027 (both days included) ( Offer Period), unless revoked by Audible in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability.
  4. During the Offer Period, the users who (i) have received invitation from Google; (ii) have redeemed their offer on (http://audible.in/pixel) before 14 January 2027; (iii) are not an existing Audible member of audible.in; (iv) not availing an existing Audible free trial on audible.in and (v) cancelled their Audible membership less than 12 months ago on audible.in ( Eligible Customers) may choose to avail the Offer during the Offer Period. Eligible Customers who avail the Offer will receive a 2 month Audible membership free trial on audible.in.
  5. The Eligible Customer at the time of signing up for Audible Membership will be charged a non-refundable amount of INR 2 (two) for verification of the payment instrument being used by the Eligible Customer.
  6. Post expiry of the free trial period, membership will renew automatically at the regular monthly price, currently INR 199/month, until cancelled. Eligible Customer can cancel their Audible membership anytime by visiting their account details at audible.in.
  7. The Offer is valid only through the valid payment options that are available on audible.in and purchase completed through and/ or eligible applications and/ or devices.
  8. The Audible membership under this Offer will be activated and configured as part of the Audible account of the Eligible Customer at the time such user signs up for the Audible membership during the Offer Period, subject to fulfillment of all the required steps.
  9. An Eligible Customer will be eligible to receive benefits of the Offer only once.
  10. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the audible membership under this Offer. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
  11. All applicable taxes and levies in relation to the Offer, including without limitation sales tax, service tax, goods and services tax etc., shall be payable by you/ the Eligible Customer.
  12. Audible reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice and reserves the right to remove / withdraw this Offer from at any time and without any prior notice.
  13. Any queries in relation to the Offer and/ or the Membership should be addressed at Audible Support team.
  14. You are not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary. You shall not have any claim against Audible and/or the Company with respect to the same or with respect to any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer and/ or the Audible membership awarded hereunder or any information thereof.
  15. By participating in this Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms and expressly agree that: (a) Audible will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer; and (b) Audible will not mediate any disputes or differences between you/ Eligible Customer and the Company in relation to this Offer.
  16. Audible reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from this Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer or if any of the conditions of these Offer Terms are not met.
  17. Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by Audible to conduct further, similar or other offers.
  18. All decisions of Audible related to the Offer are final and binding. Failure by Audible to enforce any of these Offer Terms, in any instance, will not be deemed to be a waiver of the Offer Terms.
  19. Nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of any other Offer and/ or Offer Terms.
  20. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only
