Audible Promotional Claim Codes

1.Term and Uses
Promotional claim codes ("Claim Codes") are for promotional use only and are void in places, where it is prohibited by law.
2.Redemption
(i)Claim Codes can only be redeemed at Audible.in, and can only be redeemed for audiobooks or audiobook credits.
(ii)Claim Codes expire as indicated on the terms transmitted with the Claim Code.
(iii)If redeemed for an audiobook credit, the credit may expire after a certain period of time, as indicated on the terms transmitted with the Claim Code.
(iv)Claim Codes may be subject to additional terms and conditions presented with the Claim Code.
(v)Claim Codes recipients must have or open an Audible account to redeem Claim Codes.
(vi)To view the status of a Claim Code, Claim Code holders should visit the "Account Details" section of their Audible account on Audible.in.
3.Limitations
(i)Claim Codes may not be redeemed at audible.com, audible.co.uk, audible.au, or any other website operated by Audible, Inc., its affiliates, or any other person or entity, except as indicated by these terms and conditions.
(ii)Claim Codes cannot be used to purchase other Claim Codes.
(iii)Claim Codes cannot be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other Audible account. Unused Claim Codes in an Audible account may also not be transferred.
(iv)Each Claim Code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
4.General Terms
(i)Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for Claim Codes pass to the purchaser or recipient upon Audible's electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Audible is not responsible if a Claim Code is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
(ii)Additional Terms: Audible Claim Codes and their use on Audible.in are subject to its Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice.
(iii)Dispute Resolution: Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Audible.in, Audible services, or Claim Codes is subject to the governing law, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability and all other terms in the Conditions of Use
(iv)Fraud; Abuse: Audible may suspend or close customer accounts, revoke or terminate Claim Codes, or limit or suspend the ability of customers to redeem Claim Codes in its sole discretion in order to avoid fraud or abuse.
(v)Resale Resale of a Claim Code or use for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited
